Just the subtitle of this book will grab your attention: “A hiddden tribe, Superathletes, and the Greatest Race the World has Never Seen” Yeah, I was hooked when I saw it. Christopher McDougall captures everthing from the state of American fitness, to Sub-Saharan tribal ritual, to the oddball nature of todays ultra-marathoners.
