Marathon Week

We have begun our journey to Washington DC for the MArine Corps Marathon and some national site seeing. Many have asked about tracking my race. You can go to the website at www.marinemarathon.com. My bib number is 17727 which is awesome

Paige reasserted herself last week with a 5-1 mark, and pulls into the lead. Steve is 34-7 on the young season and Paige has a game advantage at 35-6. The Big Ten had a great opening weekend with Iowa and Michigan State winning huge home games and seemingly declaring their intention to run for the Roses. Big Ten play gets underways and every team in the league (except Purdue) gets a chance to make a statement. Some need a reality check (Michigan, Indiana, Northwestern) others can stake a championship claim (OSU, Wisconsin, Sparty, Iowa, and Penn State) while Illinos and Minnesota can save their seasons with upsets at home. NAtional game of the week is the SEC tilt between Alabama and Florida.
